Thank you for shopping with Cod Corner. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

• If we experience high order volumes, shipments may be delayed.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days.

• Rest of India: 3–7 business days.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• Customers will receive a shipping confirmation message/email.

• Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on eligible orders.

• Additional COD charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

6. Delivery Issues

Cod Corner is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier partner issues.

• Incorrect shipping address.

• Customer unavailability.

If delivery fails, the package may be returned to us.

7. Incorrect Address

• Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping charges.

8. Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package:

• Refuse delivery if the package is visibly damaged.

• Alternatively, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the damaged package and product.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

If international shipping is offered in the future, applicable customs duties and taxes will be borne by the customer.
