Refund & Return Policy

Cod Corner

At Cod Corner, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is required

  • Items marked non-returnable or final sale cannot be returned

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised/custom-made items

  • Used or damaged items (unless received defective)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval/rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD purchases:

  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer / UPI

  • Customer must provide valid payment details

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank/payment account

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. If still unresolved, contact us

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Incorrect item received

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)

8. Damaged / Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/video evidence
