Thank you for shopping with Cod Corner. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays

• If we experience high order volumes, shipments may be delayed

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days

• Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• Customers will receive a shipping confirmation message/email

• Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on eligible orders

• Additional COD charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout

6. Delivery Issues

Cod Corner is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier partner issues

• Incorrect shipping address

• Customer unavailability

If delivery fails, the package may be returned to us.

7. Incorrect Address

• Customers must ensure the shipping address is accurate

• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping charges

8. Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package:

• Refuse delivery if visibly damaged

• Or contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos

9. International Shipping (Optional – remove if not applicable)

• Currently, we do / do not ship internationally

• Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are borne by the customer
